Melinda Nicci
Pre and post natal

Born in South Africa, Melinda started out as a pioneer in Aqua Aerobics and was the first qualified trainer in the country.

She began teaching exercise classes at the age of 16 whilst still at school and later went on to set up her own business at the age of 24.

Melinda has over ten different fitness qualifications including ACE (American Council on Exercise) plus a degree in Psychology and English and has been a Personal Trainer and a Consultant for the past 25 years.

Following the huge success of baby2body, Melinda has since launched the baby2body Stroller Club a new and functional form of exercise aimed at encouraging a fit, sociable and healthy lifestyle for both mother and baby. The launch of body4me, an exciting new health and lifestyle programme aimed at the over 40’s is planned for 2007.

Along with personal lifestyle consultations, Melinda is postnatal fitness and nutrition consultant for beachbody.com - the US leading portal for fitness.

Melinda has had numerous TV appearances including winning the GMTV Ultimate Bikini Body Challenge in summer 2005.

Her expert advice and buoyant personality is often in demand on Radio where she has been a regular guest on LBC and BBC Radio London.

Melinda is Fitness Expert for London’s premier free daily newspaper, London Lite and for Prima Baby magazine and she is often featured within many glossy magazines and national newspapers.

My career in health and fitness stems back over 20 years. I have spent that time presenting, designing, developing and instructing health and exercise programmes.
Nutrition
Becky graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with degree in Applied Human Nutrition in 1994 and went onto complete MSc in Nutrition and Physical Activity from Royal London Hospital Sport Medicine Department in 1995.
Sport and activity
Eleanor has extensive experience of creating and carrying out fitness assessments and training programmes, having worked with the British Triathlon Association and the British Swimming Team.
