Becky Stevenson (MSc, RD, ASD. SENr)
Nutrition

Becky graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with degree in Applied Human Nutrition in 1994 and went onto complete MSc in Nutrition and Physical Activity from Royal London Hospital Sport Medicine Department in 1995.

She then completed her clinical training at University College London Hospital Trust and has worked as a dietitian in the London teaching hospitals for the past 8 years.

Becky started her sports work with a professional continental cycling team DFL.

Becky runs a private sports nutrition consultancy and works with elite athletes from track and field, netball, soccer and rugby for England Institute of Sport. She works closely with Roehampton University where she consults with recreational triathletes and runners.

Recently she has set up a Harley Street practice at Esphysical health providing individual consultations for sports diets and weight management.

Becky also runs a sports nutrition website www.proactivate.co.uk

Nutrition and Health
Over the last 3 years Laura has been Fitbug’s resident nutrition and health advisor, helping to devise Fitbug’s activity and healthy eating programme.
Activity & fitness
My career in health and fitness stems back over 20 years. I have spent that time presenting, designing, developing and instructing health and exercise programmes.
Pre and post natal
Born in South Africa, Melinda started out as a pioneer in Aqua Aerobics and was the first qualified trainer in the country.
Sport and activity
Eleanor has extensive experience of creating and carrying out fitness assessments and training programmes, having worked with the British Triathlon Association and the British Swimming Team.
