With BMF you can burn up to 1040 calories per one hour class! In fact, the average total calories burned during a session across all three group levels, regardless of gender, is 640 calories. On average, women burn 495 calories per hour in a beginner class, 517 in an intermediate class and 539 in an advanced class. The men’s average was 782 calories per hour in the beginner class, 645 in the intermediate class and a gut-busting 835 in the advanced class.Where?
Classes take place throughout the UK and are in the great outdoors, making this workout a breath of fresh air - literally. There's no set class and a session can include any of the following: team games, paired exercises, circuits, anaerobic or strength work and running.What you'll need
