To give you a taster of the type of information our experts will be sharing. Here are some key pieces of advice from three key members of the team:

Georgina Jupp says "When it comes to exercise, there is no 'one-size fits all' answer. We are all individuals and everyone should listen to their own body and do something that works for them. Find something that you enjoy so that you’ll stick with it: if you hate your exercise regime, you won’t keep it up no matter how good your intentions are."

Melinda Nicci told us "Undoubtedly the most important advice I can give is to change your lifestyle as opposed to choosing a short-term fix, like going on a diet or trying to get in shape for a specific date. When you choose a short term solution you are setting yourself up for failure and you think that if something you have an off-day or eat something bad then it’s over. That’s not the case. You just need write any blips off. We all have days when we eat better and days when we eat worse."

And Eleanor Rogers added: "Be organised. Plan your food week ahead and do a big shop rather than just buying bits here and there. Avoid putting things in your shopping trolley just because they are on special offer. Only buy them if you need them! If you are organised you can take food with you to work rather than popping out to the cafe so you’ll find it easier on your wallet as well as your waistline. The same principle applies to exercise. If you slot exercise into your diary and make the necessary plans, such as taking comfy shoes to work or booking a babysitter."
