Aerobic steps are the number of steady steps that you take in a day. Aerobic steps is the physical exercise that helps us stay healthy.
Aerobic steps are counted when you walk for 10 minutes or more continuously.
Regular aerobic exercise, combined with healthy eating habits, is the most efficient and healthful way to control your weight, as well as benefiting a diet or improving health.
It is advised that you aim to achieve 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day. This can be in one continuous walk, or in periods of 10 minutes or more.
