ASPARAGUS SPAGHETTI

Serves 4

Ingredients:
400g spaghetti
2 cloves of garlic
400g aspargus
120g rocket
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ a lemon
Parmesan shaving (optional to garnish)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

How to:

  • Cook the spaghetti, according to the instructions on the packet
  • Meanwhile, heat a small amount of olive oil on a griddle pan and cook the asparagus
  • In a separate pan, fry of the garlic in a small amount of olive oil
  • Add the spaghetti and toss for about 2 minutes
  • Serve the spaghetti topped with asparagus
  • Season and add shavings of parmesan (optional)
