TOMATO AND CHILLI SAUCE
Serves 4
Ingredients:
small onion chopped
1 red chilli sliced
6 plum tomatoes deseeded without skin
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp raw sugar
½ cup water
2 tbsp coriander
How to:
- Fry off the onions and garlic in a small pan
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the coriander
- Bring to the boil and simmer 10 minutes until sauce thickens
- Season and add the coriander before serving.
