FALAFELS

Serves 4

Ingredients:
250g chick peas (soaked overnight)
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
1 onion chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chopped coriander
½ tsp baking powder
olive oil for cooking

How to:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
  • Shape into 24 small balls, fry in a non-stick pan with a small amount of olive oil unti brown on all sides
  • Serve with yogurt, pickles and lettuce.
