BROCCOLI STIR-FRY

Serves 2. Best served on a bed of noodles

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
575g broccoli florets
1 red onion
1 small piece root ginger
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons light soya sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

How to:

  • Slice the broccoli stems and grate the ginger
  • Heat oil in wok or frying pan
  • Stir fry onions (sliced not chopped) and broccoli stems for 2 minutes
  • Add the florets and garlic
  • Stir fry for 3-5 more minutes
  • Drizzle the soya sauce and honey and toss on the heat for one minute
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and serve
