Do I need a new version of Bug Manager with the new bug?
Yes. With the new Bug and its new features comes a new driver, so for this reason Bug Manager has also had a make-over. The new Bug Manager will operate on a Java platform. To download the new Bug Manager Version 4.09 please visit the download page.Can I upload my steps from my new Bug and my partner's old Bug from the same PC?
Yes, you can upload steps from both Bugs at the same PC, as long as you have both Bug Manager Version 2 and Version 4 installed. Both versions can be downloaded by clicking on the grey "Downloads" link at the top of the page after you log-in.Will there be any changes to my Fitbug account after I start using the new Bug?
Once you've started to use your new Bug and have downloaded the new Bug Manager, there won’t be any changes to your account at all. So you will still have all your nutrition history, statistics and information on your account as per normal.Will the new Bug be Mac compatible?
Yes, Fitbug's Bug Manager software is Mac compatible. Please install Bug Manager for Mac from the download page.Why do I now need Java?
The reason why we've made the new Bug Manager software run on a Java platform is so that it can run across multiple software applications from Windows to Apple Mac, this gives you more freedom on how you wish to use Fitbug.com.Will there be a price increase for the new Bug?
The price of the new Bug will be exactly the same as the previous one in if you are replacing it, or are a new Fitbug member. For new Pru members please contact Pru for confirmation on pricing.Can I keep my old Bug?
Of course. You don't have to upgrade if you don't want to - you can continue to use your old Bug as normal.
